Terms of Service

By placing an order through The Shop by Haute Blossoms, you agree to the following terms:

1. EVENT FLORAL SERVICES ONLY

We provide florals exclusively for weddings, corporate events, and special gatherings. We do not offer daily deliveries.

2. MINIMUM ORDER

All orders must meet a $500 minimum unless otherwise approved.

3. BOOKING & LEAD TIME

Orders should be placed at least 7 days in advance. 

4. DESIGN DISCLAIMER

All floral designs are custom and based on seasonal availability. In order to honor your chosen color palette, flower type substitutions may occur based on seasonal availability. Exact blooms  and vessels may vary.

5. DELIVERY & SETUP

Delivery and set up is available within 20 miles of Santa Barbara. Additional fees may be incurred if you require additional location deliveries. Accurate venue details are required.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

All orders must be paid in full at time of booking.

7. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Cancellations may be made 30 days prior to your event/delivery date. To cancel, email becky@hauteblossomsfloral.com. Please include your name, phone number and order #. There is a 10% cancellation fee. No-shows or inaccessible venues will not be refunded.

8. DELIVERY, SET-UP AND STRIKE

Delivery for every order is required. Set up and Strike must be added as a product to receive those services.

9. AGREEMENT

By placing your order you are agreeing to Custom event orders may require a signed Floral Services Agreement. A copy is available upon request.

10. ORDER CHANGES

Changes must be submitted via email at least 10 days before the event. Approval is not guaranteed.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for delays due to weather, access issues, or events outside our control. Liability is limited to your purchase amount.

12. CONTACT

You agree that the contact information entered at checkout is accurate.

13. CLIENT DETAILS

You agree to fill out the Google doc sent in your order confirmation email. The Shop Client Details document  must be completed within five days of placing your order.
